What do my students think?

” Very enjoyable and beneficial yoga class. Teacher is very willing to tailor class to participants’ needs and does so with great skill. Humour plays a large part in these classes and makes them truly welcoming as no-one need fear embarrassment if unable to perform a pose with as much grace as Vicky does. Highly recommended.”

Classes run throughout the year and are held at the lovely Leonard Hall, Trinity Henleaze United Reformed Church, Henleaze (Close to Westbury on Trym). Private Classes are also available, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
