Friday AM | 11.00 – 12.15 (With Vicki) 5-week series
Friday PM | 17.45 – 19.00 (With Jan) 5-week series
June: 9, 16, 23 July: 14, 28
No classes 30 June, 7 & 21 July
Cost: Early bird £40 until 5 June, after this £48.

I run menopause workshops from time to time. Enjoy an afternoon of yoga with a small group. Focusing on how yoga can help you navigate this powerful change. Having yoga in your toolkit can help you cope with the physical and emotional changes during this time, including:
