Menopause Workshops

I run menopause workshops from time to time. Enjoy an afternoon of yoga with a small group. Focusing on how yoga can help you navigate this powerful change. Yoga can help you cope with physical and emotional changes during this time. The workshop includes:

  • Active and restorative poses
  • Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation
  • Practical tips to share.

Classes run throughout the year and are held at the lovely Leonard Hall, Trinity Henleaze United Reformed Church, Henleaze (Close to Westbury on Trym). Private Classes are also available, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
